These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which Rubbish Removal Shepherds Bush provides rubbish clearance and waste collection services within its service area. Services means any rubbish removal, waste collection, house clearance, office clearance, garden waste collection, bulky waste removal, or related services that we agree to provide to the Customer.

Waste means any items, materials, rubbish, junk, or refuse to be collected and removed by us, excluding hazardous or prohibited waste as defined in these terms and applicable waste regulations.
We provide rubbish removal and waste collection services within our designated service area, including but not limited to household, commercial, and garden waste, subject to these terms and all relevant waste disposal laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse the collection of any item or waste type that we reasonably believe to be hazardous, illegal, misdescribed, unsafe to handle, or beyond our operational capabilities, including but not limited to certain chemicals, clinical waste, asbestos, gas bottles, and other regulated materials.
The specific scope of Services, including estimated waste volume, labour, and any additional work, will be agreed with you at the point of booking or upon arrival at the Premises, based on the information provided by you.
Bookings for rubbish removal services can be made by telephone or other communication channels as made available by us from time to time. When making a booking you will be asked to provide details such as your name, contact information, Premises address, description of waste, access details, and preferred collection date and time.
Any time or date given for the provision of Services is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. We will use reasonable efforts to attend within the agreed time window, but we accept no liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, access issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may provide an initial estimate or quote based on the information you supply. All estimates are subject to change upon our arrival and inspection of the actual waste and conditions at the Premises. If the waste volume, type, or access conditions differ from those described, we may revise the price accordingly. We will seek your agreement before proceeding at a revised price.
A booking is only confirmed when we have accepted your request and given you a booking reference or clear confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
You must ensure that we have safe, free, and reasonable access to the Premises and to the waste that is to be collected. This includes arranging any necessary parking permissions, permits, or authorisations required for our vehicles to load and remove the waste.
You are responsible for ensuring that the waste to be collected is clearly identified, separated if necessary, and not contaminated with hazardous or prohibited materials. You must notify us in advance of any items that may require special handling.
If, upon arrival, we are unable to gain safe and lawful access to the Premises, or if the waste is not as described, we may charge a wasted journey or call-out fee. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform the Services caused by your failure to provide adequate information, access, or cooperation.
Prices for rubbish removal and waste collection are generally based on factors such as the volume and weight of waste, type of materials, labour time, access conditions, and any disposal or recycling charges. We will communicate our pricing structure and any minimum charges to you before starting the job.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in full upon completion of the Services on the day of collection. We may accept payment by cash, card, bank transfer, or other methods as advised at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request payment in advance or a deposit in certain circumstances, including larger clearances or commercial jobs.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. If applicable, VAT or any other relevant tax or charge will be clearly indicated. By proceeding with the booking you agree to pay the agreed price and any additional reasonably incurred charges that are explained to you before work continues.
If payment is not received in full when due, we may charge interest on the overdue sum at the maximum rate permitted by law. We also reserve the right to take legal action to recover unpaid amounts and to recover any associated costs.
You may cancel or amend your booking by contacting us as soon as possible. We ask for reasonable notice so that we can manage our schedule efficiently and reallocate resources.
Where you cancel a booking with more than 24 hours notice before the scheduled arrival time, no cancellation charge will normally apply. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to be present at the Premises at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or call-out fee to cover our costs.
We may, at our discretion, waive or reduce cancellation charges in exceptional circumstances, but we are under no obligation to do so.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, staff illness, safety concerns, or legal restrictions. In such cases we will use reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange a new appointment as soon as practicable. We will not be liable for any losses arising from such cancellation or rescheduling.
We operate in accordance with applicable UK waste management legislation and regulations. We aim to dispose of or recycle collected waste responsibly and lawfully at licensed facilities. By using our services, you authorise us to remove and transport your waste for appropriate disposal or recycling.
You confirm that you have the legal right or authority to arrange removal of the waste from the Premises, and that the waste is not stolen, unlawfully obtained, or subject to any third-party ownership or dispute. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from a breach of this confirmation.
We will not knowingly collect or transport hazardous waste, including but not limited to asbestos, certain chemicals, medical or clinical waste, and other controlled substances, unless we have explicitly agreed in writing and have the appropriate licenses and arrangements in place. If we discover such materials in the waste presented to us, we may decline to remove them and may charge for any time spent.
We may take photographs of the waste before and after collection for the purposes of documenting the work carried out, verifying volume, meeting regulatory obligations, and addressing any potential disputes. These photographs will be handled in accordance with our privacy practices.
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing our rubbish removal and waste collection services. Our operatives will take reasonable steps to avoid causing damage to your property when loading and removing waste.
You should remove or protect any items that could be accidentally damaged during the clearance, particularly fragile or valuable belongings. You should also inform our operatives of any known risks, weak structures, or hazards at the Premises.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects at the Premises, nor for damage that occurs as a direct result of inherent structural weakness, poor installation, wear and tear, or concealed defects that we could not reasonably have identified.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability under applicable law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the provision of our Services, whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total price paid or payable for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of use, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with our Services or these Terms and Conditions.
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, road closures, accidents, vehicle breakdown, industrial action, or changes in law or regulation.

We may request evidence such as photographs, receipts, or descriptions to properly assess your complaint. We may, at our discretion, offer a remedy which could include partial refund, re-attendance, or another reasonable solution, depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking redress through your statutory consumer rights or through the courts where applicable.
We collect and process personal information that you provide to us in order to manage bookings, deliver services, handle payments, and respond to enquiries or complaints. We will handle such information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation in the United Kingdom.

By booking with Rubbish Removal Shepherds Bush, you acknowledge and agree that authorised subcontractors may attend your Premises to perform the Services.
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or best practice. Any revised terms will apply to new bookings made after the date on which the updated terms are published or communicated.
For existing confirmed bookings, the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of your booking will apply, unless a change in law or regulation requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services provided, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter.
By proceeding with a booking or allowing our team to undertake rubbish removal or waste collection at your Premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We will take care of any loading or unloading of waste materials from your property, which will then be sent for recycling or disposal. Upon contacting us, you will receive a no obligation free quote.
